Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, Rafi Enterprises delivers globally with export experience in the USA, EU, and Asia-Pacific. Specially for USA market, we offer LDP price which including everything to your nominated address in USA.

What shipment method you will provide?
For Export Logistics, has various shipping methods to control costing and time.

For Sample Parcel?
If you don’t have a shipping account or don’t have a new account, We could use our FedEx/DHL/UPS account to ship your parcel, will add its shipping costing into sampling invoice or bulk invoice together.

For Bulk shipment?
We offer various bulk shipment method for your slection.

Express or Air?
if you have to splits your shipment into small bulk, like less than 10 cartons, we would offer express or air

costing to you?
Boat, if ship to USA country, we have normal and fast boat for your selection, our person will provide upcharge costing once bulk is about to finish.

What’s your approach to supporting new brands?
We understand that many new brands have great ideas but limited technical resources. That’s why we provides a hands-on design-to-development partnership rather than just manufacturing.

When I need to pay to your side?
There are usually 2 kinds of invoices when you started transferring production oversea.

Sampling invoice:3 times of bulk costing
Bulk invoice: 50%Deposit/50%Balanced

Who will pay the shipping costing of our samples?
If you have an express account from UPS/FedEx/DHL, please advise it to our side so that we could send it with freight collect. If you don’t have a shipping account or your account don’t have a discount, we will use our discount shipping account and will debit the shipping costs with sampling to you together. To give you a rough reference, one small parcel like one legging, weight 0.2-0.3KG, it might costs $30-$45 to USA country.

What special technology you could make in functional garment manufacturing?
If you are looking for new blood, no matter for costing down or various choices, our special technology that you could use is for various prints. Among functional markets, if you browse trendy or top brand’s new arrivals, how designers apply different prints to basic sports/athleisure styles.

What can I do to get started?

What is the meaning about RAFI ENTERPRISES?
As a functional clothing manufacturer, we are a group of dynamic people who are working together to improve functional clothes into practical usage.

What’s the whole production process?
Semi ODM and OEM be provided for your variety choices. During Yellow part, photos will be taken for accurate checking and timeline follow will be update for better monitor the whole schedule. During Red part, no matter big or small order, we will provide In-House Bulk report free for you.

Do you support small MOQ or startup brands?
In general, our order minimums are influenced by fabric and trim minimums, and can vary depending on style complexity and fabric composition.

For OEM business: for cut and sew styles, Bulk MOQ:500pcs/style within 2 colorways, which means 250pcs per color in one style, within around 5 sizes. for seamless styles, it is 300pcs/color/size in one style.
For ODM business: Right now we only have women’s activewear ODM collection, with logo or without logo
Bulk MOQ: 50pcs/style with mixed colors and sizes.

What is your sampling leadtime?
For simple styles, it will be 7-10 days after the fabric & trims arrived.
For complex styles, it will take 10-14 days.

Is there any real case we get to know your quality control?
As a quality enthusiast, quality is my life, I have faith that quality is always guaranteed!

What’s the whole sampling process?
Please kindly advise :Design artwork and measurement chart or reference garment sample

What is the cost of our sample?
For new customer, it is 3 times of bulk costs for one pcs of one style.
After bulk order placed, we will deduct extra money from the balanced invoice
Since 2nd order, there will be FREE for future sampling.

Is there any rough fabric recommendations for activewear and sportswear manufacturing?
When you are the new or first enter into functional industry, the first thing you get to know is a rough image about what’s fabric usage for current activewear and sportwear world. Here give you a rough idea from a whole picture:

Tank Top: viscose jersey, model, tencel, cotton etc..
Bra/Tights & Legging: Polyester with Spandex, Supply Nylon with Lycra etc.. Functional feature like 4-way wicking, anti-bacterial, anti-UV etc.
Woven series like Jackets/Bottoms: Polyester with Spd, Nylon with Spd with functional features like Ultra-light, anti-UV, water-repellant etc.
Knit sweaters/hoodies/joggers: Polyester with Spandex, Cotton, French Terry etc..
