Get to Know
Before we started, hope you could understand below 2 basic rules:
Bulk MOQ:500pcs/style within 2-3 colorways, which means there will be at least 150-200pcs per color in one style;
Sampling Charge: 3 times of bulk costing, which we will refund an extra amount when you placed a bulk order with us.

Collection Review
When you are good with bulk MOQ and sampling costing, please provide your 1st collection with Tech Packs info for our rough costing. Collection basic info with styles pic, colorway, and fabric requirement, so we could get to know your whole project’s rough information. If you don’t have a formal & professional Tech pack, come to find us to provide one for you.

Price Sheet
After we received your collection with colorways, styles, fabric inform, QTY etc, we could give a rough costing for you:

Please take note: Costing is based on QTY you cnfmed, if QTY is decreased, garment costing will be 10%-20% surcharge based our initial costing.
If there will be fabric & trims dying surcharge, will list when you place bulk formal order.
Usually we will provide FOB costing first, door-to-door costing will depend on shipping method, bulk weight & CBM etc.
In order to better compare landed costing, we could offer LDP costing with import duty & tax included.

Sampling
When you feel our costing is “Wow, not bad”, it is great to take next step: Sampling.

Below are some tips you should know:
Sampling stage: proto sample-fit sample-PPs(Prior production sample)
Sampling Leadtime: 7-10 days for a single style,10-14 days for complex style with fabric arrived
After proto is received, it is time you decide to drop or keep it for future bulk orders.
Once bulk order is placed, styles/qty/fabric are all confirmed, can’t change it at this moment due to we might place fabric&trims to our factories.
Bulk production: 25-35 days after the prior product sample is approved by the customer

Production
If PPs approved, it is time to start bulk, don’t forget to give PPs comments along with grading to us.

Then it is our production time:
Only after bulk cut approved, we will start bulk production.
Bulk production: 25-35 days after prior product sample approved by customer
After bulk cut finsihed,will send bulk sample which we called it TOP for your approval.
Only after TOPs approved, we will prepare shipping inform and submit balanced invoice.

In-House Inspection
For our initial order, no matter big or small, we will provide an In-House inspection report for your review:

You could also ask for a 3rd lab for bulk testing.

Payment
Sampling invoice will issued before sampling send out
For bulk order,50% T/T deposit when place formal order, balanced 50% paid before shipment for initial cooperation
Once 1st order completed, 30%/70% T/T is our usual term for international business.
